ATM’s permissible free transactions to become expensive from January 1

1 जनवरी से महं गा हो गया एटीएम का मुफ्त ले नदे न
  As per the Reserve Bank directive, the banking customers would be
required to pay ₹21 per transaction with effect from January 1, 2022, for
transactions beyond the free permissible limit.
 ररज़वथ बैंक के तनदे र् के अनुसार, बैंतकंग ग्राहकों को 1 जनवरी, 2022 से प्रति ले नदे न ₹21 का
भुगिान करना होगा, जो तक मुफ्त अनुमि सीमा से अतधक के ले नदे न के तलए होगा।
 Earlier, banks were allowed to charge ₹20 for such transactions through
ATMs.
 इससे पहले, बैंकों को एटीएम के माध्यम से ऐसे ले नदे न के तलए ₹20 चाजथ करने की अनुमति
र्ी।
 However, customers would be eligible for 3 free transactions from other
bank ATMs in metro centres and 5 in non-metro centres.
 हालां तक, ग्राहक मेटरो केंद्रों में अन्य बैंक के एटीएम से 3 और गैर-मेटरो केंद्रों में 5 मुफ्त ले नदे न

Mumbai to host India's first water taxi service

  Mumbai is set to get a new transportation solution with the commissioning
of state-of-the-art water taxi services.
 अत्याधुतनक जल टै क्सी सेवाओं के चालू होने के सार् मुंबई एक नया पररवहन समाधान प्राप्त
करने के तलए िै यार है ।
 The services would be formally launched in January by PM Narendra Modi
and the exact dates are being finalised.

Home Ministry extends FCRA registration of NGOs till March 2022

गृ ह मंत्रालय ने एनजीओ के एफसीआरए पं जीकरण को माचष 2022 तक बढाया

 The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) extended the validity of the Foreign
Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) registration of NGOs expiring
between September 29, 2020, to March 31, 2022.
 गृह मंत्रालय (एमएचए) ने 29 तसिं बर, 2020 से 31 माचथ, 2022 के बीच समाप्त होने वाले गैर
सरकारी संगठनों के तवदे र्ी योगदान तवतनयमन अतधतनयम (एफसीआरए) पंजीकरण की वैधिा
बढा दी है ।
 This comes days after on December 25 the MHA refused to approve the
renewal application of Missionaries of Charity, an NGO founded by Mother
Teresa.
 यह 25 तदसंबर को मदर टे रेसा द्वारा स्र्ातपि एक गैर सरकारी संगठन तमर्नरीज ऑफ चैररटी
के नवीनीकरण आवेदन को मंजूरी दे ने से इनकार करने के कुछ तदनों बाद आिा है ।

 The University will be established at Salawa and Kaili villages of Sardhana

 The All India Co-ordinated Research Project (AICRP) on poultry breeding,

Mannuthy, under the Kerala Veterinary and Animal Science University
(KVASU), bagged the national breed conservation award for 2021.
 केरल पर्ु तचतकत्सा और पर्ु तवज्ञान तवश्वतवद्यालय (केवीएएसयू) के िहि पोल्ट्र ी प्रजनन, मन्नुर्ी
पर अखिल भारिीय समखिि अनुसंधान पररयोजना (एआईसीआरपी) ने 2021 के तलए राष्ट्रीय
नस्ल संरक्षण पुरस्कार प्राप्त तकया।
 The centre received the prestigious award from ICAR – The National Bureau
of Animal Genetic Resources (NBAGR) for the conservation and research
activities on the Tellicherry breed, the only registered native chicken breed
from the State.

NTPC plans to acquire 5% equity in Power Exchange of India

एनटीपीसी ने भारत के पावर एक्सचेंज में 5% इक्विटी हानसल करने की योजना बनाई है

 NTPC Ltd is mulling acquiring a 5 percent equity stake in Power Exchange

of India Ltd (PXIL) that provides various electricity trading options.
 एनटीपीसी तलतमटे ड पावर एक्सचेंज ऑफ इं तडया तलतमटे ड (पीएक्सआईएल) में 5 प्रतिर्ि
इखिटी तहस्सेदारी हातसल करने पर तवचार कर रही है जो तवतभन्न तबजली व्यापार तवकल्प प्रदान
करिी है ।
 The PXIL is India's first institutionally promoted power exchange, which
has been providing various electricity trading solutions and connecting buyers
as well sellers since 2008.
 पीएक्सआईएल भारि का पहला संस्र्ागि रूप से प्रचाररि पावर एक्सचेंज है , जो 2008 से
तवतभन्न तबजली व्यापार समाधान प्रदान कर रहा है और िरीदारों के सार्-सार् तवक्रेिाओं को
भी जोड़ रहा है ।
 The authorised share capital of the PXIL is Rs 120 crore and paid-up
capital is Rs 58.47 crore.

 Tech Mahindra has approved a proposal for the acquisition of a 100 per cent
stake in Allyis India and Green Investments, for a total consideration of
up to USD 125 million.

Cochin Shipyard hands over first electric boat to Kochi Water Metro

 The Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) handed over the first of the 23 battery-
powered electric boats being constructed for the water metro project under
the Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL).
 कोचीन तर्पयाडथ तलतमटे ड (सीएसएल) ने कोखच्च मेटरो रे ल तलतमटे ड (केएमआरएल) के िहि
जल मेटरो पररयोजना के तलए बनाई जा रही 23 बैटरी चातलि इले खक्टर क नौकाओं में से पहली
को सौंप तदया।
 This is the first of the 23 boats awarded for building to Cochin Shipyard under
the Kochi Water Metro project.

करोड़ रुपये से अतधक जारी तकए हैं ।
 Odisha has planned to become Har Ghar Jal State in 2024.

केंद्र ने जल जीवन नमशन के तहत झारखंड को 9544 करोड़ के अनुदान को मंजूरी दी

 The central government has approved Rs 9,544 crore funding under Jal
Jeevan Mission for 315 water supply schemes in Jharkhand on 31 Dec,
2021.
 केंद्र सरकार ने 31 तदसंबर, 2021 को झारिंड में 315 जलापूतिथ योजनाओं के तलए जल जीवन
तमर्न के िहि 9,544 करोड़ रुपये के तवत्त पोषण को मंजूरी दी है ।
 Under JJM, there is a provision for constitution of State Level Scheme
Sanctioning Committee (SLSSC) for consideration and approval of schemes.

 The state government official said that ₹12,000 was given by the DBT for
buying mobile tablets to class 10 and 12 students of state government
schools.
 राज्य सरकार के अतधकारी ने कहा तक राज्य के सरकारी स्कूलों के कक्षा 10 और 12 के छात्रों
को मोबाइल टै बले ट िरीदने के तलए डीबीटी द्वारा ₹ 12,000 तदए गए र्े।
