General Information

The Meter Selection screen can be used to determine the Size/Type Code for a meter to be used in the associated
calculation. To select a Size/Type Code, select the ? command button on the associated calculation screen. The Meter
Selection screen will appear. If the Size/Type Code is known, use the Full List tab to select the desired code. If the
Size/Type Code is not known, use the Manufacturer/Model tab to generate the associated code for the selected meter.
Select the Apply command button to save and apply the changes, or select the Cancel command button to exit the
selection screen without saving changes.

Screen Description

The features associated with the screen are described below.

Manufacturer/Model Tab

The Manufacturer/Model Tab is used to generate the Size/Type Code for an associated meter. Select the desired
manufacturer for the meter, then the desired model, then the meter style. The matching codes will be displayed in
the Size/Type Code list. Select the appropriate Size/Type Code from the list.

Data Items

Manufacturer - A drop-down list box used to select the meter manufacturer to be used in this calculation. Select
the desired manufacturer from the list.

Model - A drop-down list box used to select the meter model for the associated meter to be used in this calculation.
Select the desired model from the list.

Size/Type Code - A drop-down list box used to select the Size/Type Code for the selected meter to be used in this
calculation. Select the desired code from the list.

Style - A drop-down list box used to select the meter style to be used in this calculation. Select the desired style from
the list.

Full List Tab

The Full List Tab is a complete list of the available Size/Type Codes in the current Meter Property table. This list
can be used to view all available codes, or to select the desired code. Select the desired code from the list.

Data Items

Full List - A display panel used to list all the available Size/Type Codes in the current Meter Property table. Select
the desired code from the list.

Command Buttons

Apply - A command button used to apply the selected Size/Type Code and close the selection screen.

Cancel - A command button used to close the selection screen without applying a Size/Type Code.

Help - A command button used to display this Help Reference.

Notes & Considerations

! When using the Manufacturer/Model selection method, more than one Size/Type Code may be available for the
selected manufacturer, model, and style values. When this occurs, select the desired code from the list.

! Only codes for records where the Display item in the Meter Property table is set to Yes, are displayed in the Full
list and Size/Type Code list.
