Answer the following: write your answer on the space provided below.
Explain each Components and give an example of activity related with each
components.
Body composition - it refers to the percentage of fat, bone, and muscle in your
body. Example of this activity is Burpee.
Cardiovascular endurance - is a measure of how well you can do exercises that
involve your whole body at moderate to high intensity for an extended time.
Example of this activity is Dancing.
Flexibility - is the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an
unrestricted, pain free range of motion. Example of this activity is Pilates.
Muscular endurance - the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform
repetitive contractions against a force for an extended period of time. Example of
this activity is Calisthenics.
Muscular strength - relates to your ability to move and lift objects. It’s measured
by how much force you can exert and how much weight you can lift for a short
period of time. Example of this activity is Lifting weights.
