Subject: Grant of NOC to M/s AL Kareem CNG Station for Execution/ Construction of Works
Connected with Compression of Natural Gas (in the form of RLNG) for the Purpose of
Storage Filling and Distribution of CNG in Automotive for the Site located at “ Khata No.
163, Khatooni No. 237, Khasra No. 674 on GT Road Gul Abad Barikot Swat

Reference: DC Office ltr no:38013-21/10/GB/DC/S dated 9th Nov 2021, ref

1. Sequel reference letter, your august office approached all relevant District Departments
for site inspection, verification and comments/ views, if any, before issuing final NOC to subject
CNG station at proposed site. Subsequently, all designated District Departments were
approached by undersigned and successfully obtained NOCs from their offices. The original
copies of all NOCs are hereby attached for your information as:-
a. The District Police Officer, Swat – Annex ‘A’
b. The Assistant Director, NHA, Swat – Annex ‘B’
c. The Deputy Manager PESCO, Swat – Annex ‘C’
d. The Divisional Engineer Telegraphs, Swat – Annex ‘D’
e. The Industrial Development Officer, Swat – Annex ‘E’
f. The Tehsil Municipal Officer, Barikot – Annex ‘F’
g. The Civil Defence Officer, Swat – Annex ‘G’
h. The Assistant Director Environment Protection Agency, Swat – Annex ‘H’
i. The In-Charge SNGPL, Swat – Annex ‘I’
j. The Assistant Commissioner, Barikot – Annex ‘J’
2. Moreover as desired, representatives of Deputy Commissioner, Barikot alongside all
departments individually visited and verified all legal obligations including ownership of the site,
environment protection, traffic flow, availability of electricity/ gas, confirmed that no residential
building/ school/ hospital etc is in near vicinity of the proposed site, had no objection and
concluded site as feasible as per all bylaws .
3. Apropos, it is solicited that after getting relevant departmental NOCs, the Final NOC
from your office may kindly be issued to M/s AL Kareem CNG Station, owned by
undersigned and located at Gul Abad, Tehsil Barikot, District Swat, KPK.
