Greetings!

In behalf of our client, Mrs. Daisy Forrester, we would like to request

from your good office for SWAT assistance one team in demolishing the
personal properties situated at Bagumbayan St., Barangay Tinago, Cebu City
bounded on North by Lot 7423; 7424 and 7425; on the East by Cebu Strait; on
the South by the Cebu Strait and Lot No. 7419 road; on the West by Lot 7422..
containing an area of Eight Hundred Thirty-Five (835) Square Meters, more or
less, and covered by TCT No. 107-2010004514.
The subject property has been decided by the court and has been
declared as final and executory last January 6, 2016.
Attached herewith as Annex “A” is the Order of the Court dated March 8,
2017.
Attached as Annex “B” is the Writ of Demolition dated July 27, 2016.
Attached as Annex “C” is the Decision of the Court dated September 19,
2012.
Attached as Annex “D” is the Writ of Execution dated March 3, 2016.
Attached as Annex “E” is the Minutes of the Pre-Demolition Conference.
