subjected by a Writ of Demolition dated July 27, 2016. However, the same
subject property is occupied by the following persons who are claiming
rights under the previous defendants, disregarding the Writ of Execution
dated March 3, 2016.

MICHAEL DE BANGUIO, MIRIAM AÑ ANA, JENNIFER ENCIENZO, QUIRLENE
CUYOS, MARIE CUYOS, WILLY CUYOS, ALFREDO AÑ ANA, and JOHNDOE and
JANE DOE and all PEOPLE LIVING WITHIN THE PROPERTY
Presently, there is a pending Motion for Issuance of Alias Writ of
Demolition in Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2 of Cebu City.
