Operation Guide
I. Brief
3200 series smart LED display units are special design for two wired current
loop, powered by loop power, and no external power needed.
II. Features
1．Using LED to display, and able to used in
dark environment.
2．No external power needed.
3．Able to display measured value like
pressure, temperature and depth etc.
4．Display solution 1/9999.
5．Isolated alarm open drain output.
6．Voltage drop will below 4 volt.
7．With optional maximal 2 alarm

IV. Operation
1．Power on
 Connect the display unit into “4-20mA” Loop.

2．Set zero
i. Set the loop current to 4mA.

ii. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu
displayed.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to enter zero adjustment, the default value will be
4mA, press UP and DOWN to adjust the display 0 4. 0 0
value.
iv. Press UP + DOWN to save the result.

3． Set full

i. Set the loop current to 20mA.

ii. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu
displayed
iii. Press UP + DOWN to enter full adjustment, the default value will be
20ma, press UP or DOWN to adjust the display 2 0. 0 0
value.
iv. Press UP + DOWN to save the result.

4． Set decimal position

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu

ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter decimal point adjustment,

the current setting will be displayed, press UP or
DOWN to change the position.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to save the result.

5． Set damp time

ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter damp time adjustment, the current setting
will be displayed, press UP or DOWN to adjust the position, the valid
range will be 0 ~ 99.99S.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to save the result.
6． Set alarming mode

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until H I L O

menu displayed
ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarming mode setting, the current setting
will be displayed, press UP or DOWN to change the

7． Set alarm 1(L) value

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until S T P L

menu displayed
ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarm value setting, the current setting will
be displayed, press UP or DOWN to adjust the position.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to save the result

8． Set alarm 2(H) value

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until S T P H

menu displayed
ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarm value setting, the current setting will
be displayed, press UP or DOWN to adjust the position.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to save the result

9． Set alarm 1(L) direction

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu L D I R

 displayed
ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarm directions setting, the current setting
will be displayed, press UP or DOWN to change the U P
setting.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to enter save the result D n

10． Set alarm 2(H) direction

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu H D I R

displayed
ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarm directions setting, the current setting
will be displayed, press UP or DOWN to change the U P
setting.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to enter save the result D n

11． Set alarm delay time

i. Keep pressing UP or DOWN until menu displayed H S T

ii. Press UP + DOWN to enter alarm delay time
adjustment, the current setting will be displayed, press UP or DOWN to
adjust the position, the valid range will be 0-30S.
iii. Press UP + DOWN to enter save the result
