Dear Parents,

Christ’s peace be with you!

Your child has been invited to a Summer Youth Camp scheduled on May 9, 2018 to May 12, 2018
(Wednesday-Saturday) to be held at Banay-Banay, Davao Oriental. The Youth Camp is the entry point to
the Youth of the Iglesia Filipina Independiente program. It is an experience which will give the youth the
opportunity to know Jesus Christ in a personal way and build Christian friendships with other young
adults in different parishes and missions in the Diocese of Davao. This will be achieved through a
program consisting of talks and sharing’s by young adults as well as fun-filled activities utilizing the
talents and skills of the participants.
 
The success of the program largely depends on your involvement especially after the camp. In this
regard, we would like to share with you and the other parents more features of the YIFI program
through the camper’s orientation scheduled on May 9 to be held at the Youth Camp venue.

The registration fee of ₱100.00 will cover for the individual participants for parish and mission which will
exceed more than 15 delegates but the remaining 15 delegates have a discounted registration fee of
₱1,000.00 for parish and ₱800.00 for mission. Registration for the Youth Camp will be from 4:30 to
11:00 A.M. of the first day.

Your children are enjoined to bring clothing provisions good for four (4) days. Also, if  desired, your
children may bring additional snacks. We are looking forward to see you  and your child (children) at the
camp.

Things to bring: notebook and pen, drawing materials and any comfortable extra shirts.
