2. Answer the following questions.

 Why organization’s strategies important?

- Organizational strategy is a set of plans and goals designed to help businesses

manage their resources in a way that supports their overall goals. When used
effectively, a decision-making process can help guide team members towards a
common goal. If you want to make your business run more smoothly, you need to
implement an organizational strategy. This involves understanding how to best structure
your team and workflows, so that everyone is on the same page and able to accomplish
their goals efficiently. Organizational strategy helps businesses provide guidance and
consistency in their actions. By assigning specific tasks to team members, everyone
can work toward a common goal more efficiently. This allows everyone to focus on their
individual tasks, and still achieve the desired outcome. When everyone shares the
same understanding, cross-functional integration can occur with transparency and
information flowing freely between departments. This helps ensure that decisions are
made based on the best possible information, and that everyone involved is working
together to achieve the same goals. Organizational strategies can help businesses
make decisions more quickly and easily by identifying the best approaches to reach
their goals. This can help businesses avoid unnecessary and time-consuming conflicts.

 What is the difference between strategy and tactics?

- A strategy is a set of sequential decisions that lead you to a specific destination. The
way you go about achieving your chosen goals is what makes them a success. The
strategy of most organizations tends to be quite high level, dealing with broad goals
rather than specific details. This approach can be helpful inefficiency, but it can also
lead to missed opportunities. Whereas tactics are the specific actions you take to
achieve your short term or long-term goals. The team will be informed of your strategic
goals and approach, but they will be much more specific in their recommendations. The
difference between strategy and tactics can be summarized as “strategy determines
where you want to go”, and “tactics determine how you’ll get there”. Strategy is the
overall direction of an organization, while tactics are the specific actions that will be
taken to reach that direction. Both strategy and tactics are necessary in order to achieve
success. It is clear that strategy and tactics are complementary. There is no single
"right" way to approach business success, but any organization must integrate both
strategic planning and tactical execution if it hopes to be successful.

 Give some examples of strategies that the organization can

undertake.
