- Exercise regularly : Exercising can reduce the risk of cognitive decline with age
and protect the brain against degeneration.
- Eat healthy food such as whole grains ;dark red and purple fruits ; fish; foods
high vitamins B,C,E… : They help us think better and feel happy
- Avoid sweets : Sweets and are delicious at first, but they can cause memory
loss
- Get enough sleep : Sleep regulates the body's biological clock, helps the brain
rest, eliminates stress and fatigue, enhances concentration, memory and clarity.
- Try new things : Help our brain grow and become stronger
- Enhance your knowledge: Help our brain grow and become stronger

- Having a positive thinking : Stress and anxiety will kill active brain neurons.

*Positive

- Help us escape from dangers : When we feel fear, our body will become
stronger, get energy and strength to fight against dangers
- Break bad habits to become better : Afraid the consequence of your bad habits ,
you will have motivation to break it
- Connect to others people : When you feel fear, oxytocin is released. This is a
hormone that help you build relationship with people around you
- Strengthen the immune system: Activate the white blood cells which helps
you fight disease and repair your body.
- Help loose your weight : When you be scared of something you will burn more
calories

- Lead to metal problems : Bored ,disappointed, depressed , schizophrenia


- Bad effects to your health
- Prevent you from doing daily activities: Some phobia can prevent you doing
daily activities : Claustrophobia, Aerophobia, Driving phobia
- Miss chances to improve yourself and achieve success
