Satoyama is only-women share house. It has a small living room, five bedrooms,
one kitchen, one toilet and one bathroom. The size of the bedroom is different,
from 11 square meter to 25 square meters. The biggest room can have up to three
people. Other rooms should be occupied by a single tenant.

里山は女性専用のシェアハウスです。子連れ大歓迎です。リビングルーム、
寝室が５つ、台所、トイレ、風呂があります。寝室のサイズは６畳から１
４畳まであります。14 畳部屋のみ 3 人まで入れます。残りの部屋はすべて
シングル用です。

Rent price/ 家賃

The rent is different according to the length of the stay. Payment must always
be done in advance. The rent includes all the utilities and WIFI.
家賃は部屋と滞在日数によって異なります。支払いは必ず前払いとなりま
す。すべて光熱費込みの家賃となります。

長期滞在パッケージ（３か月以上）
Long term stay package (more than three months)

For those who stay more than three months, the rent is from 27000 yen to 40000
yen. (including utilities) . The deposit of 15000 rent must be paid before moving
in and the deposit will be returned to the tenant, if the tenant stays more than
three months, if the house has no damage, and if the date of departure was notified
one month in advance.

３カ月以上の長期契約の方なら、光熱費込みで 2 万７０００円から 4 万円
です。１５０００円を敷金として頂きます。敷金は、３か月以上滞在し、
家に何のダメージもなく、退去１か月前に通告した場合のみ、返金されま
す。

One month Package

１か月パッケージ

For those who stay more than one month, but less than three months, the rent is
35000 yen to 48000 yen per month. (Including utilities)

１か月から３カ月以内の短期滞在者は、光熱費込みで 3 万 5０００円から 4
万８０００円です。

１週間パッケージ
Weekly Package

Less than one month stay is 14000-18000 yen per week, that includes utilities.
１ヶ月以内の滞在者は、週ごとに、光熱費込みで１万４０００円から１万
８０００円です。
駐車場が必要な場合は１台につき月 4０００円頂きます。駐車スペースが
ない場合もございますので、事前にお尋ねください。

bathroom and one kitchen. This house is gender-mixed.

シェアハウス Tatami は男女共用のシェアハウスで、リビングルームと個室

が６つあります。

Rent price/ 家賃

The rent is different according to the length of the stay and the size of the room.
家賃は部屋と滞在日数によって異なります。

3 カ月以上の長期滞在 Long-term residents

For those who stay more than three months, the rent is from 25000 yen to
32000yen. (including utilities)

３カ月以上の長期契約の方なら、光熱費込みで２万５０００円から３万２
０００円です。

Less than one month stay is 10000-15000 yen per week, that includes utilities,
sleeping materials

1 ヶ月以内の滞在の方は、週ごとに１万から１万５０００円の家賃となり
ます。光熱費と寝具代込みの値段です。

Living room has 50 square meter with table tennis. This living room can be used by
the residents of Satoyama as well, but they have to pay for the utilities each time
they use.
リビングルームは５０平方㍍で卓球台もあります。エアコン、扇風機、ヒ
ーター付きです。

Rule:
1. No Smoking!!!!! シェアハウス内は完全禁煙です。
2. Respect each other. The tenants come from different backgrounds. Even where
there is some incomprehensible behavior, please use respectful language and
try to communicate it directly. 異なるバックグラウンドの方たちとの同居
生活は、他の入居人の理解できない言動が見受けられることがあるかも
しれません。どんな場合でも礼儀正しい話し方、接し方を心がけましょ
う。
3. In the kitchen, some items are for communal use and others belong to a
particular individual. Please do not use the items that have a sticker, which
signifies that it belongs to a particular resident. There are basic pots flying pan,
rice cooker and dishes for communal use. 台所の物は、特定の個人所有
のものと、シェアハウス所有のもので分かれております。個人所有のも
のを使わないようにしてください。
4. Please clean the communal spaces every time you use. Toilet, kitchen, living
room should be clean all the time. トイレ、シャワー、リビングルーム、
台所は常に綺麗にご使用ください。
5. For those who stay more than one month, buying communal items such as
toilet paper and soap are the responsibilities of tenants. Please make sure that
this responsibility is shared equally among the tenants, regardless of the length
of the stay. 1 カ月以上滞在の方。トイレットペーパーなどの消耗品購入
は入居者たちで分担して行います。短期滞在、長期滞在に関わらず、入
居者同士で平等に業務が分担されるようにしてください。
6. Neighbors may sleep as early as 8pm. Please do not make much noise after that.
隣人の中には午後 8 時ごろ就寝する方もいます。夜は静かにしてくださ
い。
7. Many of the share house residents are university students and they can sleep
till 9am or 10am. Please stay quiet till that time.シェアハウスに滞在してい
る外国人は大学院生が多く、朝 9 時は 10 時まで寝ていることもありま
すので、お静かにお願いいたします。
8. For long-term residents who stay more than three months, you have to pay the
deposit of 15000, to reserve the room. Only after the payment, the room will
be reserved. The deposit can be returned to you on the day of your check-out
under four conditions. First, you have to notify the landlord the date of your
check-out one month in advance. Second, the house must be kept without any
damage. Third, you cannot cancel the moving after the date of deposit payment.
Lastly, your stay must be more than three months.
3 カ月以上の長期滞在の方に限り、１５０００円の敷金として頂きます。
敷金は退去日に返還されますが、条件が四つあります。部屋にダメージ
がないこと。退去する１か月前に、退去日を通告すること。敷金を支払
った後に、入居予定日に入居すること。滞在が 3 カ月以上であること。

9． The payment of rent must be always done advance. For long-term residents,
the rent of the last month of stay can be partially returned, if the tenant checks out
before the end of the month. The amount of refund will be calculated based on
the number of days the tenant stayed. For those who opt for one month or one
week package, the refund is not possible, even if the tenant did not stay for the
entire period for what was paid.
家賃の支払いは前払いが原則。長期滞在の方は、最後の月の家賃の一部
が返金されることがあります。返金の額は、実際に滞在した日数で計算さ
れます。1 カ月や 1 週間単位で家賃を支払う短期滞在の場合は、契約期間
の途中で退去されても、返金は致しかねますのでご了承ください。

9． Please turn off all the lights, when you finish using them. 電気のつけっぱ な
しにご注意ください。
１０． 燃えるごみと燃えないゴミの分別をお願いいたします。Please divide
the trash burnable and unburnable.

Communal duties for those who stay more than one month 入居者の義務

The duty to fulfill communal duties for the share house will be given to all the
tenants. 滞在期間に関わらず、入居者には清掃や光熱費支払いなどの義
務が課せられます。特定の入居者に責任が偏らないよう、お互い、声をか
けあって義務が均等に振り分けられるようにしてください。

There are mainly three types of communal duties. Please make sure that these
duties are equally shared by all the tenants. 大きく分けて、業務は５つありま
す。

1. Cleaning the communal spaces. 共用スペースの清掃。

2. Buying communal items and collecting the fees. 消耗品の購買と入居者か

ら代金の受け取り。

3. Dumping the trash. Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, you have to put trash
out to the designated space near the house. ゴミ出し。燃えるゴミは月、
水、金の朝 8 時までに指定の場所へ出します。
４． 家の周りの除雪をお願いします。Please remove snow around the
house.
