In this case study , I think that David should be more responsible, running two companies
at a time is difficult but it should be balance to track, as an owner he needs to supervise and give
time in his new business in order for it to succeed, he should have the Ethical behavior of a
businessman and he should also be committed to studying and developing his business.
Spending money to create a loan company is not enough, it needs effort and courage to achieve
the goal and keep the vision of an organization. He already has staff in his law practice, I believe
that it’s right if he give some particular time in his small loan Company.
David should Divide equal time in working for the two companies, he will have to cut his time in
working in his law firm which might lessen the productivity of the work capacity of the firm. But
Both will have supervision of the owner which necessarily reflects the possible success of his
businesses, focusing on his firm can make his new business in fail without proper handling.
Lessing the supervision of the loan company can make the employee work less, because there is
a lack of clear, consistent communication from david to the employees that result to low morale,
high turnover, and a decreased ability to have any sustainable success. All successful
organizations and businesses need effective leaders. David should encourage his employees to
reach their full capacity and maximize their strengths, he should guide his employees to make a
