Warranty Statement

THERMOVAL USA warrants that the products it supplies are free from defects of workmanship and materials,
under normal use, for one year from the date of purchase.

The Limited Warranty attached to all its products and on an individual basis, specifically excludes damage
resulting from “acts of nature”, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification and improper use and
installation.

In the unlikely event of a defect, THERMOVAL USA, will, at its discretion, either replace the defective product
or repair it so it is returned to its original specifications, or refund the purchase price.
