3.2. Sample size:
 As per client’s requirement, randomly visual quality check, 10% per size, total 98pcs pipes.

When SGS inspector arrived at the inspection site, found the pipes were stacked in warehouse, visual quality
check was performed randomly for the available and reachable surfaces of pipes. Detail of visual condition was
as below:
 The pipes were bevel ends.
 The inner surface of pipes was not painted, and no obvious rust was found. Mill scale was found on internal
surface.
 No obvious weld seam was found on internal & outer surfaces of pipes.
 No obvious defects, such as dent, crack, damage, bend, etc. were found.

Notes:
1) For WT check, to randomly measure 4 check points at both ends and body per sampled pipe with UT
thickness gauge.
2) For OD check, to randomly measure one check points at ends and body per sampled pipe with vernier
caliper due to limited condition on site, the , the OD included the thickness of coating.
3) The date in the tables above was in line with reference documents above.
4) In order to keep traceability of inspection, SGS inspector signed on fragile label and stuck on sampled
pipes, mark number was No.1, No. 2, No.3…, details as attached pictures.

6.2. Sample size:
 As per client’s requirement, randomly packing check, 10% per size, total 98pcs pipes.
During the inspection, packing check was performed randomly by SGS inspector, and details were as below:
 The pipes were bundle packing and fastened by 4 plastic strips at both ends and 2 plastic strips at different
position of body.
 Lift belt were found at both ends of bundle.
 Plastic cap was found at both ends of pipe, but part of pipes was not finished during the inspection. Seller
declared the plastic cap would be finished before shipment.

6.3. Remark: The result of packing check was subject to buyer’s evaluation due to mentioned above.
