3.2 Sample size: [according to client’s requirement 20 pieces totally]

During inspection, factory only agrees to sample the quantity required by customer from 2 packages. One
package was not completed and the inspector numbered it as 17. There were obvious pits on the narrow-ribbed
roof platform at the top of the package, and there were obvious black spots on the second and third samples.
The second package was numbered 5. After opening the package, there were two pits at the bottom of the side.
No obvious defects were found in the other 17 samples sampled.

3.3 Remark: The result of visual quality check randomly was subject to buyer’s evaluation.

4. Packing check randomly

4.2 Sample size：[according to client’s requirement 20 pieces totally]

When SGS inspectors arrived at the mill, the narrow-ribbed roof decks had 18 packages, 16 packed and 2
unpacked. According to the requirements of the customer, the inspector conducted a random inspection of the
packaging. The outermost layer of Outer package is wrapped in iron sheet and fixed with steel belt. The fastened
by 3 pieces steel straps at the radial direction and 4 pieces steel straps at the circumferential direction. The first
layer of Inner package is paper, second layer is plastic bag.

4.3 Remark: As no detailed requirement of packing was specified by client and any document, so the result of
packing check was subject to client’s evaluation.

5. Marking check randomly

The SGS inspectors did not find any marks on the outer package or the product.

8. Witness Coating thickness check

8.1 Reference document:[according to client’s requirement：275grams/㎡ Zinc Coating]

8.2 Sample size: [according to client’s requirement 20 pieces totally]

According to the client's requirements, 275 grams per square meter, which is 38 microns when converted into
microns, each side is 19 microns, SGS inspectors randomly measured the thickness of the zinc layer in 20
Narrow rib roof decks. The measured thickness of zinc layer varies from 30 to 36um.

8.3 Remark: the result of witness coating thickness check was subject to client’s evaluation.
