Introductory Questions provide answers to our curios mind, things that need reasoning,
Activity things we do not understand, and discovery of something new. It make us
(Optional) reflect on the way we deal with life and promote a better understanding of
why things happen the way it should be.

STARTER QUESTIONS:
 Do you ask pupils to come up with their own ideas and to think aloud?
Activity  Do you encourage your pupils to explain their reasons for their answers?
 Do they get the opportunity to ask their own questions?
 Is it okay to give a wrong answer in your classroom?
 Is everybody’s opinion valued by everyone?

Analysis PONDERING QUESTIONS


1. what is the art of questioning?
2. Is there such an art in asking questions?
3. Can’t we not just ask?
4. Is there a need for us to develop the what you call as questioning
techniques?
Abstraction/ Present the power point to introduce the key understandings, skills and attitudes
Generalization developed.
Allow a discussion of each presentation and direct the attention of the participants
about the art of questioning.
Application Frame at least 5 questions (in his/ her own discipline) at each of the six levels of
questioning under the bloom’s classification system. Present it on the group.
Concluding Ask the participants about what they have learned and how are they going to apply
Activity it in this pandemic time.
