Objectives/Agenda: To conduct National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill
Highlights of the The Marabut Central Elementary School conducted the
Activity (in narrative
or bullet form):
Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill last June 10, 2022.
The DRRM Committee, the School Head, teachers, the pupils
from Kindergarten to Grade Six were also involved in the drill.

At exactly 8:30 in the morning, the teachers facilitate the

National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill.

It started by an alarm, through continuous beating of school

improvised bell that lasted for one minute.

The pupils who are in their classrooms, and the teachers

enacted their basic response: “DOCK, COVER, HOLD!”.

Everyone docked while seeking for a safer place to hide

against possible debris or falling objects with their left hand
covering their heads.

The Advisers facilitated the head count as one way of checking

them up and ensuring that everyone is safe and secured
whenever an earthquake strikes.
Results/Output: All Teachers and Pupils who are present that days participated the
National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill. And learn to be aware and
be prepared for survival whenever an earthquake strikes.
