Design Brief

Date – 19/08/2022

Design a 4 BHK flat interior for a couple who are in their 60’s and are Doctors in
profession. Throughout their career they have seen those plain white wall and
ambiance of a hospital hence they want spaces which has essence of a tropical
and Indian touch with a vibrant color palette but in a balanced form.

The Doctor couple are having two children who are working in other cities and visits
them in couple of months. Hence, it’s a residence for a fully grown-up family.

The residence is a place where people come to relax after a tiring day or a place
where they come to interact and share their thoughts with family. We hope to get
creative concepts and designs based upon the above given details.

5. Any 1 Balcony

Jury Dates

Note –

• Marking will be done during submission dates

• Discussion on given topics needs to be done in between dates
• Discussions are also under marking criteria hence not only submission needs to
be done, discussions are important too
