COURSE REQUIREMENT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. The following templates shall be utilized for the requirements unless otherwise
specified:

For handwritten and electronic submittals:

Template for handwritten and electronic submittals shall be followed as shown. The
template shown shall be applied only for the first sheet of the submittals.

2. All requirements should be converted to PDF following the filename template:

LAST NAME_GIVEN NAME_COURSE CODE_SECTION_XN


*where X is the activity code, and N is the activity number,
filename in CAPITAL letters

Example: DELA ROSA_MICHAEL_CE140-1P_A1_CPR1.pdf

The activity codes are as follow:

For Non-Modular Subjects: Q for Quizzes, CW for Class Works, CPR for Class
Produced Reviewers, PRJ for Projects, and FE for Final Exams.

For Modular Subjects: Q for Quizzes, CW for Class Works, PRJ for Projects, and ME
for Module Exams.

3. Requirements shall be submitted in one (1) file only. Student may utilize mobile
scanning applications (i.e. Microsoft Office Lens, Adobe Scan) to merge written
requirements with multiple sheets.

4. Requirements shall be submitted in the Cardinal Edge (Mapúa Blackboard) on or
before the set due date.

5. Late submission of requirements will be accepted however the grade to be applied


shall be either the passing score or the lowest score, whichever is lower. Upload the
requirement to the assigned folder in the Student Portfolio link (OneDrive) in the
Cardinal Edge. The grade for non-submittal in the Student Portfolio including
inaccessible file or corrupted file on or before the set due date will be automatically
zero (0) for that requirement.
