THE IMPORTANCE OF METAPHYSICS IN THE LIGHT OF CHRISTIANITY

1st Premise

Christianity is according to the most Orthodox and by the way usual self
understanding of Christianity Christianity tries to bring salvation to mankind and not
to Christianity Christianity is instrumental to thesalvation of the human race in the
same way and for the same reason that God is not interested in himself the idea of a
savior who needs be saved is agnostic one not a Christian one for Christianity God
ensures proposessalvation to mankind.Christianity could survive or could keepan
intellectual coherence without metaphysics or if on the contrary

2nd Premise
metaphysics is required for Christianity to go on and all for Christianity toremain a
rational endeavor the real question is do we need to we else asChristians need
something like metaphysics so that the salvation of manthe salvation of creature
generally meaning and it in more particularly ofman who has this privilege and this
task

3rd Premise

The ambiguity of
metaphysics becomes very clear because there is no metaphysics without the
possibility to identify something some character some function some role in the
system which could be called God exactlyas in many proof of the existence of God
and first of all those of Thomas Aquinasin the first question of second questionof the
Summa and at the end of each via each way to prove the existence of God
 WHAT DO YOU UNDERSTAND

THE THINGS THAT I HAVE TO UNDERSTAND IN JOHN BETZ ULRICH, PRYZWARA, AND
MODERN CATHOLIC THOUGHT IS THAT I LEARNED THAT IT SAYS IN THE VIDEO THAT
THROUGH THINKING BEING IT WAKES UP TO THE REAL LOGOS WHO WAS THE TRUE
LIGHT AND TRUEREASON OF THE WORLD, AND IT SAYS ALSO THAT THEOLOGY IS THE
GUARDIAN OF METAPHYSICS, FOR THE MOST PART, AND PERHAPS INCREASINGLY
BEING WHICH IS GIVEN IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED, BUT IT SAYS ALSO THAT THE
THEOLOGIANS FOR THEIR PART CAN NOT FORGET THE QUESTION OF BEING AND
THEY MUST CONTINUE TO THINK ABOUT IT AND PONDER IT EVEN WHEN
PHILOSOPHERS HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW TO DO SO.

THE ULTIMATE TRUTH OF THIS IS THAT WE CHRISTIANS AS GUARDIANS OF

METAPHYSICS OF THE WHOLE PERSON SINCE IN AN AGE FORGOTTEN BOTH BEING
AND GOD ARE ENTRUSTED WITH THE WEIGHTY RESPONSIBILITY OF LEADING
METAPHYSICS, IT SEEMS THAT WE HAVE A HEAVY AND BIG RESPONSIBILITY IN
LEADING THIS METAPHYSICS, AS CHRISTIANS WE HAVE TO DO SOMETHING MORE
FOR METAPHYSICS,

WHILE I AM WATCHING THE VIDEO I LEARNED ALSO THAT STUDYING METAPHYSICS

IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL HUMANS YES IT'S NOT EASY STUDYING IT AND
UNDERSTANDING IT BUT THERE IS SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT INSIDE OF
METAPHYSICS IT SAYS ALSO THAT METAPHYSICS IS NOT AWARE THAT IS WHY I IT
CAME TO MY MIND THAT WE MUST OURSELVES THINK AND DO OUR BEST TO DO
ALL THE MORE. IT SAYS ALSO THAT IN THE CASE OF HEGEL SAYS THAT ANY
DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CREATURELY UNITY OF OPPOSITES BETWEEN ESSENCE AND
A DIVINE UNITY OF OPPOSITES ULTIMATELY DISAPPEARS
