ASSUMPTIONS & CALCULATIONS: -

1. The firm has already acquired premises on rental basis for Eleven years SUBJECT TO
RENEWAL FOR FURTHER PERIOD (Copy of Agreement attached).

FACILITY AND CAPACITY


2. The unit has provided a Banquet Hall/Conference Hall of 500 person Capacities.

RATE
Rate of social function will be Rs.750.00 per Person.
Rate of Corporate function will be Rs.550.00 per Person.
Rate of Birthday/Marriage Anniversary function will be Rs.650.00 per Person.
Rate of Other function will be Rs.225.00 per Person

OCCUPANCY/CAPACITY UTILISATION

Average Social Function of Banquet/Conference Hall will be 25 functions throughout the year
and Average Corporate function will be 25, Birthday/marriage Anniversary functions will be -75
and other function will be-75 throughout the year.

3. Promoter’s Margin has been taken in the Project as follows:

On Furniture, Fixtures, Machinery & Equipment @ 25%

But overall firm contribution will be 29% approx.

4. Unit will be functioning from January,2023 and total function will be 25 Social Function and
15 Corporate Function in Last Three Months ( Jan,2023 To March,2023) Sales are estimated-
2022-23 will be Rs. Rs.84.45 lacs lumsum on 50% of capacity utilization of Banquet
Hall/Conference Hall.

5. Further Sales has been estimated at 20% of increasing order of existing turnover.

6. Term Loan against Machinery & Equipment’s and Furniture and Fixtures will be repaid in 72
equal monthly installments in 6 years.

7. Moratorium period is 12 months. Term Loan repayment will be started from July 2023.

8. Rate of Interest on Term Loan is taken as 9%.
