A coffee shop from Norwich, Little Red Roaster, has put a sign which says that customers
talking on the phone will not be served.  First, watch the video
And now answer the following questions:
- What does the owner say about it?
The owner says that he cannot communicate with the people that speaks at their phones
because cannot ask questions like do you want sugar and so on.
- Do you think it is rude?
No, it’s a matter of education
- What is the opinion of customers? Do they all agree?
Not all agree but most of them
- What does the owner say at the end of the video about those customers who “turn up their
nose”?
Cannot please everybody
- What does an expert on etiquette state about this use of the phone?
Its about time some people learn some mobile-phone manners
- Write five arguments which support the new rule at Little Red Roaster.

1. Its matter of be polite


2. Cannot communicate at the same time
3. Have to put yourself at the side of the worker too
4. You disturb the other customers
5. If every body do the same at the same time nobody can be attended
