 MY XV

MY XV JULY 1, 2006, DATE IN WHICH I

CELEBRATED AN IMPORTANT MOMENT FOR ME
AND TO START A NEW STAGE OF MY LIFE AND
LEARN ABOUT IT.
MY 10TH BIRTHDAY MEANT A LOT TO ME AND I
WILL ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT DAY.
MY WHOLE FAMILY GOT TOGETHER, IT WAS SUCH
A SPECTACULAR DAY, WE DANCED, SANG,
COOKED, CLEANED, PLANNED, LEARNED,
LISTENED, THEY EVEN PRAYED FOR ME,
BASICALLY WE DIDN'T EAT OUR LUNCH AND I
DIDN'T MAKE IT ON TIME.
WAKING UP AND REMEMBERING THAT DATE IS A
BEAUTIFUL FEELING THAT I WILL NEVER DO
TWICE IN THIS LIFE.

It was December 25 just last year, I was at a 15-year-old

party, when I saw her sitting alone, I invited her to
dance and she accepted, we danced all night, we ended
up very tired, when we sat down she wrote me on the
hand her number, her smile so beautiful that I loved it I
remember her as if it were yesterday, I will never forget
her, it was something beautiful, the next day I wrote if I
wanted to go out and we went for a walk, we had a lot of
fun, we laughed, we sang, we danced, we played , we like
each other a lot, but we could never come to anything,
she didn't want something serious, but I did, we had
many discussions and finally we stopped talking,
yesterday I remembered her, when according to what I
wasn't going to think about her anymore, she came
again to my mind and I keep thinking about her

 The reunion
It was in March 2018, I was having breakfast
with my family when out of nowhere our
parents gave us the option to decide between
going to Oaxaca for a week to see our
relatives or going to the beach for a weekend,
I was very happy to hear that, in the end my
brothers and I preferred the first option,
however, Carlos (my older brother) became
sad as he would not be able to accompany us
on this trip for his work.
