    Model 1 and Model 2 show regression estimates for the relationship between respondent ethnicity, type of education, gender, and occupation on weekly earnings. Model 1 finds that Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, and Black Caribbean respondents earned significantly less than other ethnicities. Those with a degree earned more. Males and those in higher skilled occupations earned more as well. Model 2 finds similar results but explains more of the variation in weekly earnings.
