This is a list of rulers of Elam from earliest times to the Persian Empire. All dates are middle chronology.
The Elamites were a people located in southwestern Iran, in what is now Khuzestan, Ilam, Fars, Bushehr, Lorestan, Bakhtiari and Kohgiluyeh
provinces. Their language was neither Semitic nor Indo-European, and they were the geographic precursors of the Persian/Median empire
that later appeared.
