GUIDE QUESTIONS:
1. What motivated you to become an entrepreneur?
- I'm motivated to start my own business because I want to build and establish it. I want to put my
organizational and planning skills as an entrepreneur to work.
- By hiring them, I also wish to assist my neighbors in finding secure employment.
for my company. I'm interested in learning how the company operates and how it develops.
I simply wish to support the neighborhood by giving them donations and aid in environmental cleanup.
is a component of my civic duty. Giving my family, friends, and loved ones the chance to work for my
company will also help me help them. Entrepreneurship is a difficult activity that involves starting a firm
and taking financial risks in the hopes of making a profitable investment.

- Money has always been a factor in my drive, but not in the way you might anticipate. Most people
assume that an entrepreneur's primary motivation is to make money; but, in my case, the story has a
twist because I derive my strength as an entrepreneur from knowing that I am helping people save
money. My mother had her children while she was very young, and she quickly found herself living
alone. She had to work hard to provide for us despite her limited education. I made up my mind early
on that I would provide my children a better life.

2. What do you think are your characteristics and competencies that made you
successful entrepreneur?
- Self-motivation is among the most crucial characteristics of entrepreneurs. Pushing oneself is necessary if you want to
succeed. Because you are your own boss as an entrepreneur, it can occasionally be challenging to begin rolling without
external pressure.
- An concept is the first step towards starting your own business. You must be able to spot opportunities, come up with
creative solutions, and present them to the general audience. Create behaviors that encourage your creative system if you
want to increase your creativity. Consider the things you enjoy doing, whether it's music, socializing, reading, or another
pastime. Set aside a set time each day to explore ideas for fresh approaches. Do what inspires you first at this time of the
day, and then allow your thoughts to wander. You can compile a list of suggestions and decide which to pursue.

3. What do you think of being employed? who you did not choose that path?
- Having a job is fine. Even better than owning a failing business is having a good job. After retiring, I made the decision to
start my own business. It's not really a choice if you're poor, though. Except for those who are physically, mentally, or aged,
you must work to survive. I made the decision to enroll in education and get employment because I desired a better life
than being a homeless person. - I require employment in order to support myself, further my career, and use my abilities to
benefit society. I decide to take this course since a job offers a setting where I can pick up knowledge from my coworkers,
acquire experience, and develop my cultural intelligence.
