Background: Although no one cell type is exactly like all others, cells do have many common
structural and functional features. Here we will deal with a “generalized cell”, which demon-
strates the many typical structures and functions common to all cells. Your task is to draw, la-
bel, and describe the functions of each of the cell parts listed below. You can find the cell de-
scriptions in Chapter 7 of your textbook. All of the drawing must be hand drawn! (Please feel
