Rationale This featurette docu-series aims to introduce/ reintroduce the history, culture,
heritage as well as relevant places by featuring historical narratives and
structures, local cuisine, inspiring people in Tuguegarao City to residents and
non-residents viewers.

The materials can be repurposed as tourism, promotion and marketing video

for Tuguegarao City.

Segment Title Napolu nga Pueblo (Heritage Settlements)

Rationale This segment will feature historical facts and places in Tuguegarao City where
the first civil structures were established such as the:
a. Cathedral- the religious marker of the Spaniards in Tuguegarao
b. Presidencia the first government structure
c. Tribunal the first ligitigation center
d. Plaza- the local’s rendezvous

Aside from the historical structures, we will be learning about historical figures
in the institutionalization of Tuguegarao City from different occupations.

highlighting music reflecting the Ibanag Culture and the significance of these
musics to the Tuguegarao City Community.

b. Exploring the Rides: Kalesa & Tricycle
c. Traditional Products: Carabao Milk and Bolos

This will also feature the visual sceneries while visiting Tuguegarao
showcasing the urban scenes to the agricultural scenes.

Segment Title Sittam Ngamin (Us- Tuguegaraoeños)

Rationale Tuguegarao City is a melting pot of different ethnographic origins such as

Ilokano, Ibanag and Itawit. Aside from embracing these ethnic origins- we will
be featuring the traditional practices from birth to death of each ethnic group.

This segment will also feature the different foreign ethnicities (Chinese and
Indian) that have lived along and with the Tuguegaroeño people. We will also
have a peek of its cultures and heritage practiced in Tuguegarao City until the
present time.
