weaknesses are the areas, abilities, or capabilities where they fall short.

It limits the
company's ability to establish a sustainable competitive advantage. Weaknesses are caused by a
lack of or inability to use a variety of internal elements, including the experience gained from
earlier attempts, financial resources, activities & processes, human resources, and tangible
resources like land and buildings. The majority of the company's flaws stem from growth and
innovation. The business can innovate, but it struggles to put new ideas into practice
successfully. Additionally, one of the company's weaknesses is the management of its assets,
particularly its inventory. Due to its high level of leverage, Ayala must effectively manage its
assets in order to pay off its loans. The company's business strategy and initiatives also have a
few small flaws that are out of sync with its intended objective.

The aforementioned IFE matrix demonstrates that in order for Ayala to remain
competitive in the market for longer, it needs to pay close attention to its key shortcomings. The
elements with the lower ratings in the weights column are the less important ones that the
business should take into account to improve its operations, such as its organizational culture and
business model. In contrast, the element that received good marks places more emphasis on the
value of innovation and improved management of its current advantages. As was already noted,
the company is capable of innovation, but when it comes to implementation, it merely falls short,
which ruins its entire company goal of becoming innovative and relevant in the market.
Furthermore, its financial situation must be taken into account as the most important factor. The
company performs effectively, but its financial ratios show that it does not manage its assets to
be consistent with its debts in a reasonable manner. We can represent the company's major and
minor weaknesses in the rating column. It only emphasizes that the company must concentrate
on properly addressing these vulnerabilities, whether they be major or minor ones because
ignoring them would have a huge negative impact on the organization in the long run.
