Semi-Localized Conference Rooms
• Below are some of the Overall Features and Objectives of the Solution to be achieved: -

o The Video Conference Solution needs to take into account for such a system where the
camera will automatically focus on the Active Speaker/Host.
o There should be a secondary camera which will automatically focus on the rest of the crowd
in the room
o There should be a facility where the Presentation as well as the Speaker Video and the Host
Video should be available on a split screen system on the same TV/Projector System
o The 3 Conference Rooms are connected over a local Fiber Network, hence having the
capability to ping each other over local IP without the need for internet, hence such a
seamless Video Conference Facility should be enabled
o Each of the conference rooms should have the capability for connecting via Zoom, Skype &
Google Meet.
o There should a capability to show presentation by any of the presenters.
o Should have a single Tablet like Touch controller to control all the system from a single point
o Optional – Possibility of having a Touch-screen Whiteboard which be used collaboratively
during Video Conference or can at least be project like taking a Virtual Seminar or class
