16 Personalities Reflection

Jooheon

My personality traits(ISTJ) have provided me with a more clear path to my career

plan. I dreamed of becoming a professional programmer who designs complicated
code to realize the program in my imagination. ISTJ's features clearly show my
career's successful pathway in that people with the same personality type as mine
prefer working alone in well-organized work settings, and pursuing structured jobs. It
takes a resemblance to my preference in my personal environment. I enjoy working
by myself rather than having endless communication and discussion to make a result
as a team, and I often find out my interests in well-structured activities, such as
Computer science, Maths, and Science. As a computer programmer, I will be
working on systematic code with diverse rules and patterns in a self-working
environment, and it satisfies my desire to have a job that fits me.

On top of that, other personality-based evidence provides a promising prospect for
my future career. Since people with ISTJ generally have more responsibility and
patience, being a programmer is the best decision for my future, as it requires
analytical skills and motivation to learn. Coding is all about writing programming
language that lets the computer do work, and it is very sophisticated work requiring
time investment. Most people face challenges when they face constant demand for
sophisticated code; however, a person like me, who enjoys putting effort in creating
a systematic program based on all kinds of structured factors, would love to blaze
through the trail of a professional programmer.
