During the past decades, tourism become one of the world’s fastest growing industry. Tourism represent one of the main sources of
income for many developing countries. Since tourism are seen as a key driver for socio-economic progress, the link to development is
easily made (UNWTO, 2010). however, the contribution that tourism can make to livelihoods of the poor in developing countries is a
much debated theme in which opportunities and the extent to which the poor can benefit from these are central.
