Accounting Office
Dear Students,
We have summarized the following changes and relevant information related to your transactions with the
Accounting Office, for your information:
1. Accountabilities
Please be advised that the Accounting Office shall block the AY2022-2023 1st Semester Pre-Registration of
students with remaining balance and with accountabilities from previous semesters.
To check if you have an outstanding balance, please refer to your student portal or the Statement of Account
sent to your email. Please settle your balance and email your proof of payment to sbucashier@sanbeda.edu.ph
and copy the contact person assigned to your department (please refer to item no. 9). Kindly indicate the
following in your subject line:
[Academic Year] space [Semester] space [College] - [Subject]
Unblocking of your account will be done upon confirmation of the full settlement of your outstanding balance.
To check if you have an accountability, please access your Student Portal dashboard and view “Accountability”
section. Please settle your accountabilities and email the contact person assigned to your department (please
refer to item no. 9) to remove your accountability from the enrollment portal.
3. Installments
Installment payments for all departments will be as follows:

4. Adding of Subjects
Assessments on additional subjects must be paid immediately after adding. The Accounting Office will not
honor Adding or Dropping without the official Form signed by your department and the Registrar’s Office.
We urge you to use the online payment facility published in our website as much as possible
(https://www.sanbeda.edu.ph/posts/accounting/410/payment-options-1618992230) to allow easier
monitoring. The following are the benefits of using the online payments facility for your reference:
If you encounter technical difficulties in settling your balance through our payment options, please email
agbalmonte@sanbeda.edu.ph.
A scanned copy of your official receipt will be sent to your email once it is available. You can claim the
printed copy of your receipt from the teller assigned to your department (see item 9).
6. Reservation fee
The reservation fee you paid will be credited to your student ledger once the official receipt is processed by
the cashier. Please be assured that if this credit results in an overpayment, such overpayment shall be carried
forward/credited to any subsequent assessment or refunded to you upon your request.
7. Scholarship
If you are eligible for a scholarship, you may apply using this link:
https://www.sanbeda.edu.ph/posts/accounting/419/scholarship. The form you successfully submit is
automatically processed for approval to the following endorsers:
Once endorsed, you will receive an email notification. Kindly wait for the final approval and enrollment
validation by the Accounting Office. You may check the status of your COR on your portal from time to time.
8. Refund
In line with Par. 137, Sec. VII of the Manual for Regulations for Private School (1970), it is the policy of the
University that in the event the school authorities are forced to dismiss a student for acts imputable to him,
the entire fees for the whole school year must be paid or shall be forfeited in favor of the school. The
approval and amount of the Refund shall be based on the following terms and conditions:

If you need to place an urgent call, you may contact 8726-2332 local 2250 only. Calls to other Accounting
Office locals will not be entertained as those are kept for a different purpose.
