Quality management is about planning, assurance, and quality control and quality improvement itself. Quality that is supervised is not only
limited to product quality but also company quality, quality is not talking about the results of products and services but concerning the quality
of its human resources itself. Then questions will arise which are the causes and obstacles in achieving this quality
By using a quality management approach, these two problems become complex issues to discuss. With different meanings of the reality of
quality between qualities as a standard of necessity or as something that needs to be set aside. Through descriptive analytical research methods
by collecting primary and secondary data, including books related to the themes that the authors study using five approaches, namely
transcendental, approach, product based approach, user based approach, manufacturing based approach, value based approach
From here it is then analyzed through eight stages, namely: first with the principle of customer focus, leadership principle, principle of
involving people, principle of process approach, principle of systems approach to management, principle of continuous improvement, principle
of fact approach to decision making, principle of mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers, after conducting research the authors
conclude that quality can be valuable or not valuable to all consumers who use it if it is not managed properly.
Manajemen kualitas dikatakan berhasil jika aa yang Orang pada semua tingkat merupakan faktor yang sangat
