REFLECTION FOR GROUP 7 REPORT

According to Trish Anne Solis, my classmate, who mentioned that this price structure is
charged depending on how much your service is utilized, I learned about another form of pricing
structure like pay per user during group 7's topic. He also used a popular example, such as
electricity. He presented a scenario in which the more power you use, the more you pay, which
helped me realize what this implies even more. According to Trish Anne Solis, there is another
kind that he presented that piqued my interest and made my curiosity look attentively. This is the
"razor-blade price." This technique is referred to as "razor-and-blade" since razor blades are an
illustration of how the model works. He also said that the razor-razorblade model is a pricing
strategy in which a dependent item is sold at a loss and profits are generated by a paired
consumable good. The tips given by Angeline Lopez explained some tips such as understanding
customers, researching the market, evaluating competitors, understanding product value, keeping
pricing simple, and being adaptable, which will also help me in the future.
