A. Selectors on/off button of all units (On= Green, Off= Red )
Before press START (button L), select the unit buttons you want to turn on.
B. Workpiece Thickness
You have to measure the thickness of the work
piece you want to band.
How to set the workpiece thickness?
1. Touch the number, then type the
correct thickness on the keypad. Figure 3

2. Press “Enter”
C. Glue Temperature
Banding will be ready to run after the present glue pot temperature reaches to
the set value. The setting method is the same as work piece thickness.(the
factory setting is 190℃)

D. Feed Speed
The feed speed is determined by the length of
work piece you want to band.
How to set the feed speed?
1. Press the “Program Cornerounder” 1
button
2. The mode you choose will be showed
on the “cornerounder” 2 button.
3. The feed speed correspond to the
mode will be showed on button 3.

E. Workpiece length
When the machine is running and the work
piece is on the feeder as the yellow arrow
showed on the Figure 4, the machine will
calculate the work piece length automatically.

F. Fault and Alarms History
If there is something wrong on the machine, the

Alarms and Faults window will pop up automatically
as Figure 5. You can press button R on the left top
corner to reset.
If you want to check the faults history, press the
button F, then the data will be showed as.

This section is locked by password, please
contact your local agent or supplier for the
password. All the parameter can be adjusted, so
you do not need to connect to computer for
parameter setting, this can load directly to the
PLC. NOTE Parameter setting, please check with
your supplier or local agent for detail

2.3 Corner Rounder test & Corner Rounder
A. Cornerounder test: Adjust the Air pressure when bridge is 45mm high.
B. Cornerounder: Adjust the value of corner rounder function.

A. Adjust air pressure to operate with the most proper speed
Select the button.
a. Manual test: Press this button when you’d like to test each speed
b. Auto‐Test:
Press this button to adjust automatically. It will take few seconds for testing each
direction. The table of the number of second will turn red while running, then
turn green after finished. And it will go on the next step automatically.
c. Up‐Fast: The speed when tool go from bottom to top.
d. Down‐Fast: The speed when tool go from top to bottom.
e. Backwards‐Fast: The speed when tool go from forward to backward.
f. FWD & Accel‐Fast: The speed when tool go from backward to forward by
accelerated cylinder.
g. FWD & Up‐Fast: The speed when tool go from bottom to top.
h. Backwards & Down‐Fast: The speed when tool go from top to bottom.
i. The range about the air pressure. When the arrow point orange means too fast,
green means the best speed, and red means too slow.
j. The image shows how the tool moves.
k. The position for sensor how it chamfers the board.
l. The relative position between the board and the screw on tool.

a. Time and Date: Present Time.
b. Unit.
c. Screen: The present value on screen. We already set the most appropriate value
for the machine, please keep the data in case of you want to recover the original
data.
d. Controller: The data PLC will execute in present.
e. Load to Screen: You can use this button to load the parameter you’ve set to
SCREEN.
f. Load to PLC: You can use this button to load the parameter on SCREEN to
CONTROLER.
g. Go to the next page.
h. Go back to Select Paramter.
