Part – A Vacuum Egg Lifter with Loading Conveyor
First, Eggs are sucked onto the roller of egg loading unit by a vacuum egg lifter (5*6=30 eggs each suck). The
vacuum egg lifter is run by a motor but lift up and down by hand, that helps workers to load eggs onto the egg
machine more easily. Eggs are put by vacuum egg lifter on the loading Conveyor on roller.

Part – B Washing (Liquid Mixing & Cleaning)
Eggs are put by Egg loading Conveyor on the roller of egg washer, the shape of rollers are specially designed,
that make sure eggs align automatically, so as to design all eggs enter the egg washing machine in good order.
Eggs will been washed with warm water mixing with disinfectant at first stage. Warm Water will 48 Deg.
Temperature and total washing time is maximum 48 Seconds. A PID Temperature controller is provided. After
wash again with warm water to clear of effect of disinfectant the egg go for drying.

Part – D UV Sterilization
The UV system uses Ultra Violet technology to reduce contamination and bacteria on the shell surface of eggs
after washing. The cover ensures that UV-C light stays within the system. The handle beside the cover makes
cleaning very easy.

After being Candling, eggs will enter the egg oil spraying part where eggs will be coated a thin layer of food-
grade mineral oil thus preventing eggs from being intruded by bacteria and keep eggs fresh for a longer time.
