Instructions to Parents of candidates seeking admission into Class I

1) Parents to report to the Vidyalaya on the given dates for admission

along with the print out of their filled in application with a passport size
photograph pasted on it .

2) Photocopies of the following documents to be submitted and their

originals to be produced for verification :
a) Date of Birth certificate of the child .
b)Govt employees should produce their Service Certificate .
c) Certificate showing the number of transfers of the last seven years i.e
from the year 2015 onwards countersigned by the head of the office.
d) D.O. Part II order for defence personnel duly attested by their
Commanding Officer .
e) Caste certificate ( SC/ST/OBC ( Non – Creamy layer ) in the name of
the child for verification.( If applicable)
f) Latest EWS / BPL certificate to be produced by all candidates selected
under EWS/BPL category under RTE shortlist.
g) Candidates shortlisted under SGC category will produce original SGC
affidavit.
h) Candidates shortlisted under Differently Abled category will produce
original Differently abled Certificate from Govt Hospital only.
i) Photocopy of Aadhar card of the child.
j) Blood group report of the child.
3) Fee to be paid at the time admission for class I is
Adm fee – Rs25:00 and VVN – Rs 1500 :00 , Total = Rs 1525:00

4) Candidates selected under RTE category need not pay fees but if
they have reimbursement facility they have to pay the fees and claim
from their department.
5) Parents have to submit the following details of the child to the
concerned class teacher.
a) 2 passport size photographs of the child.
b) Proof of any medical history of the child.

6) Admission gets cancelled automatically if the said documents are not

produced or found to be incorrect and the candidate does not report on
the scheduled date.
NOTE:

1. The Admission is Provisional. It is subject to submission of correct and

proper documents.
2. Any discrepancies/Non submission of proper documents/Hiding of the
information etc. will lead to cancellation of the admission at any time
without any notice. Legal action also may be initiated.
3.The last day to report for admission is 4-5-2022 , failing which the seat
will be cancelled
