To begin, let me note here the tracking link does show the status as delivered:
Have you checked the mailbox? Is it possible someone else in the house grabbed it? We’ve
seen this happen many times and it could be the case for you too. :)
If you still cannot locate it, please contact USPS/your local post office to check with them.
The tracking number is proof they had the package and are best positioned to help with this
particular delivery issue.

I've also seen many similar cases where the package gets actually delivered within a few
days, when the package got marked "delivered" by error while still en route. Another
common situation is when a package gets dropped at a neighbor's house by accident. To see
if this may be the case, please try checking with your neighbors and/or allow a few more
days in case the package arrives later.

I apologize but I can't provide a refund since your order was successfully delivered to the
correct shipping address as reported by the shipping company via the tracking status. I also
cannot replace it in case your delivery was stolen. You can file a claim for stolen or missing
