BB VS PP

To make successful any business, this formula of BB VS PP is very important which means you have to
give benefits to your consumers more than the pains you are giving them. One of the reason of failure of
Pakola is they were giving more pains than benefits that’s why people stop liking it and brand goes failed
after time. They have distribution issues and also exclusive selling agreements. Pakola did not have the
ability to relate with Pakistan’s youth. As we know that the markets are controlled by competitive
markets. Their competitors gives more benefits to their customers so that’s why customers and
consumers prefer them instead of Pakola for example the competitor of Pakola “Coke” have stronger
distribution network and it also represents youth and energy

As in this discussion we can see the competitors are giving more benefits and Pakola were gives its
customers more pains than benefits.

“Pakola is no longer in the consideration set of youth consumers as it has lost its relevance to the
young segment of the consumers.”

How Pakola can use this formula to come back in the Market?

If Pakola wants to come back in the market so absolutely they should have better strategy than their
competitors first they should have better product than their direct competitors after that than indirect
competitors and also Pakola has to implement this formula and should give their customers and
consumers more benefits and less pain than their competitors are giving to customers

Pakola should increase the product relevance to the Pakistan’s youth and should build a strong
emotional connection with them. They also have to see their budget for the implementation and make
their roots strong in the national heritage.

“The Pakistani youth, though patriotic inside, are not proud of the country anymore, but they are
still looking for a reasons to be proud of their country”

Pakola can reduce pain in two ways rather they should have better quality than their competitors and if
this is not possible to implement all strategy that their competitors are giving then they can give their
customers more benefits by reducing prices. They can reduce price with better quality then customers
will follow their bands.

Pakola failed also because Pakola did not adopt the culture of Pakistan and in Pakistan there are a lot of
people who are sensitive about religion and culture as a result people don’t consider it good and don’t
use it So if they want to come back with hope they should have to adopt the culture according to their
customers to delight them continuously.

If Pakola has to come back their marketing should be at higher level they have to reduce pains and
punsihments which makes them failure and try to reduce the gap between the beauty of benefits and
pain of punishment. They should do market analysis and try to know that what pains and weakness of
their competitior are that they are giving to consumers and customers and what are the benfits they are
giving to them so they customers are following them. Is they prices are less (benefit) or Is there any
problem in their product their customers are facing (Pain) try to know these things and after that they
should try to reduce these things in their beauty of benefits and pain of punishments.
