Pre-Approach

Prior to contacting companies, it is necessary for conducting research about the companies, IBIT
had a society name “Linkages Society” who had a responsibility to contact companies, they can
use their sources like contact the lead through that they can get enough information about
companies and their whereabouts.
Approach
IBIT had the list of all the companies whom they want to invite to job fairs they initiate the
responsibility by writing formal, concise emails to companies HR that IBIT is hosting a job fair
at ### date and time and they are welcomed in our institutes. IBIT had enthusiastic, passionate,
and hard-working students who can become the asset for their companies in future.
