HYGINE POLICY (JG/admin/05/00)

(a) Factory works will not allowed to enter factory premises if found

(a-i) Dirty cloths, unbrush teeth, smelly presence, unshaped nails, polished nails, fake nails.

(a-ii) Mouth filled with gutka,chalia,mava.

(a-iii) Unshaved face, in case of Islamic traditional proper beard is maintained.

(b) Any type of jewelry is strictly prohibited.

(c) Clean uniform with sleeves and clean nonskid, close toed work shoes that are comfortable for
standing and working on floors that can be slippery.

(d) Wear apron on site.

(d-i) Do not wear apron to and from work.

(d-ii)Take off apron before using the restroom.

(d-ii) Change apron if it becomes dirty or blemished or worn off.

(e) In case of finger cut or wounded body part asked concern manger before start of work .No
labour with open wound is allowed to work in any area of factory premises

(f) All employees must follow washroom codes.

(f-i) Remove disposable gloves.

(f-ii) Remove apron before going to washroom.

(f-iii) Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and dry with paper towel.

(f-iv) Use washroom recommended non-slippery slippers.

(f-v) Cleaning washroom with recommended chemicals two time a shift or repeat if necessary.

(f-vi) Janitorial must maintain their own personal hygiene.

(g) Floor cleaning should me maintain by janitorial staff with recommended chemicals with wet and
dry mop and bucket d’soza .

(g-i) Janitorial staff must use rubber gloves, hard non slippery shoes and fluoresce marking.

(g-ii) janitorial staff must disposed of mops after unusable.

(g-iii) It is recommended that cleaning chemicals and equipment disposed out separately.

(h) Administration must keep record of pest control.

(h-i) Pest control should be done after 60 days.

(h-ii) Proper announcement on notice board so that precaution and safety measurements should be
taken by production department.
(h-iii) exposed product should be discarded immediately.

(i) Dispose of garbage quickly and correctly.

(j) Keep garbage containers clean and in good condition, and tightly covered in all areas (indoor
and outdoor).

(j-i)Clean up spills around garbage containers immediately.

(j-ii)Wash, rinse, and sanitize containers regularly.

(k) Store recyclables in clean and pest-proof containers away from the building. Keep all food and
supplies at least 100 cm. off the floor and 50 cm. away from walls. Use wooden pallets for nonfood
items and plastic for food grade items.

(l) Manager will monitor daily cleaning routines including

(l-i) Monitor completion of all cleaning tasks daily against the master cleaning schedule.

(l-ii) Review and change the master schedule every time there is necessary.

(l-iii) Request employee input in the cleaning program during staff meetings and conduct routine
inspections

(l-iv) Review infestation and control issues and take necessary steps to controlling eliminating pests.

(l-v)File PCO reports and staff observations logs with HACCP records.

(l-vi) Officer or Manager will make sure no spitting on floor.

(m) Uniforms will be provided by company which will be responsibility by staff members.

(m-i) Staff members will pay uniform fees however when staff member final settlement is offered the
charges of uniform will be refund depend upon uniform condition.

(m-ii) Office staff is exempted from uniform. However when enter the production hall all safety
precautions are needed e.g. hair net, beard net, lab coat, disposable gloves
