1. Why do you want to avail the scholarship?
- I want to avail this scholarship to maintain my confidence in terms of knowledge and skill.
If we want to become a good leader you must first to be a good follower because it is useless
to become a leader if you do not know how to handle things without the concerns of your
members.

2. How do you plan to balance your academic and leadership responsibilities?

- Time is gold and time is money and the most important thing in this life to become
manageable in this community as a Criminology student we must divide ourselves into three
category your community, family and especially our own selves but the most priority is that
we must focus on is our community because it our pride to keep us all organized and
efficient.

3. What issues/concerns of the youth do you wish to address as a youth?

- The first thing is to follow our advisory because of the current situation what we have right
now, we must obey those rules and regulations to keep us safe from this kind of chaos.

4. Are you willing to render community service?__________

- Yes, because rendering or volunteering is a great way to meet new people,
especially if you are new to an area. Volunteering also strengthens your ties to the
community and broadens your support network, exposing you to people with
common interests, neighborhood resources, and fun and fulfilling activities.
