TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY IN PHILIPPINE

For me tourism plays an important role in the Philippine. It is among the most visited tourist

destination in Southeast Asia. The country boasts of rich natural beauty in many places and

beaches. This industry also effect the growth of nation. I see that the relationship between

tourism and hospitality industry is the sector of the economy provides services travel, lodging

and entertainment while tourism is the practice of visiting a location for leisure. Hospitality and

tourism industry offers opportunity for students seeking careers in tourism industry in the

future.

As a Filipino we like to provide a full services for guests. It is a pleasure and honor to us to

accept foreigners as visitors and friendship with them and build genuine relationships. This

country give guest the best experience possible is something that is never taught to someone,

it just comes us naturally from within. Filipino proudly can say that we are resilient. Our

advantages in this industry is our ability to speak English and the natural beauty of the

Philippines.

I’m looking forward to gain more knowledge in this subject. I also see it as a new adventure in

my life and as humans we have a natural inherent urge to see new places and discover new

cultures. I genuinely admire everything about it and with all my heart loves the idea of meeting
