Statement of the problem


This study generally aims to assess and analyze the students’ sleeping patterns and their significant
relationship on their well-being and academic performance.

This study specifically seeks to answer the following questions:


1. What is the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of:
1.1 Age;
1.2 Sex; and
1.3 Grade and Section?
2. What is the respondent’s general average during their 1st semester A.Y 2021-2022?
3. What is the respondent’s average hours of sleep during:
3.1 Typical school week;
3.2 Night before an Exam; and
3.3 Weekends?
4. What is the students' level of difficulty in falling asleep?
5. Is there a significant relationship between the student’s general average and sleeping pattern?
6. Is there a significant relationship between the level of difficulty of falling asleep and the number of sleep of the
respondents?
7. Is there a significant relationship between the student’s general average and their level of Difficulty in sleeping?
8. What are the recommendations based on the result of the study?
