The  following  is  the  Merit  wise  list  of  Provisionally  Selected  Candidates,  on  the  basis  of  Scheme  of  Examination 
uploaded on the website and Online CBT Examination held on 21‐08‐2020 for recruitment to the post of Technician 
(Radiology)  at  AIIMS,  New  Delhi/NCI,  Jhajjar,  Haryana.  The  Examination  was  conducted  in  accordance  with  the 
Recruitment  Notice  published  in  the  leading  Newspapers  dated  12th  February,  2020  as  well  as  uploaded  on  the 
AIIMS  website  &  Institute  website  www.aiims.edu  &  www.aiimsexams.org  and  its    subsequent  corrigendum 
uploaded on the website and Scheme of Examination uploaded on the website on 10.08.2020.

IMPORTANT: 
 

1. One seat is earmarked for UR‐PWBD (ASD,MI) & one seat is earmarked for OBC‐PWBD (HH) candidate. As 
no  UR‐PWBD  candidate  has  qualified  and  no  OBC‐PWBD  has  appeared  in  the  Examination,  seats 
earmarked for UR‐PWBD and OBC‐PWBD Category remain vacant. 
 

2. This result is provisional and is being declared on the basis of information filled by the candidates in their 
Online  Registration  Form  and  provisionally  permitted  to  appear  in  the  online  (CBT)  mode  Recruitment 
Examination  without screening of their Online  Registration Form. However, their candidature is subject to 
fulfillment  of  the  eligibility  conditions  as  laid  down  in  the  advertisement  as  well  as  subsequent 
Memorandum received from Recruitment Cell. 
 

3. The appointment of the provisionally selected candidates will be strictly subject to verification of all original 
certificates/documents  by  the  Recruitment  Cell,  AIIMS,  New  Delhi.  As  per  Letter  No.  F.1‐7/2019‐Estt.(RCT) 
dated  26.09.2020  received  from  Recruitment  Cell,  AIIMS,  New  Delhi,  selected  candidates  are  required  to 
upload the required documents on the AIIMS website www.aiimsexams.org as listed in Annexure‐1 of this 
result  including  Standard  declaration  in  given  format  (Form‐A).  Candidate  should  login  to  their  My  page 
using login credentials and upload the required documents.(as mentioned in Annexure‐1)  
 
4. The  panel  to  upload  the  documents  will  remain  open  from  12th  October  to  26th  October,  2020  (upto  5:00 
p.m.) 
 

5. Candidates applying under any of the reserved category viz. SC/ST/OBC/EWS will be considered subject to 
submission of valid Caste certificate as per prescribed format issued by the competent authority.  
 

6. The Candidature of OBC (NCL) candidates shall be subject to following:‐ 
 

¾ The vacancies are being advertised in financial year 2019‐2020, therefore, valid NCL‐OBC certificate 
issued during the period from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020 will be considered valid.  
 

¾ Candidature who have NCL‐OBC certificate issued before or after this period (i.e 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020), 
will not be considered valid for the said advertisement.  
 

¾ Candidates applying under OBC category must produce OBC certificate / Non‐Creamy layer certificate, 
in English / Hindi, in the format provided by the DoP&T vide O.M. No. 36036/2/2013‐Estt. (Res.) dated 
30.05.2014 and further clarification issued by DoP&T OM No. 36036/2/2013‐Estt(Res‐I) dated

¾ Certificate must be valid for employment in Central Government Institutions. OBC candidate’s eligibility 
will be based on Castes borne in the Central List of Govt. of India. Their Sub‐caste should also match 
with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature as OBC candidate will not be 
considered.  
 
 

¾  The OBC certificate should clearly show that the applicant does not belong to the Creamy Layer. 
 

 
7. The Candidature of Economically Weaker Section (EWS)  candidates shall be subject to following:‐ 
 

¾ The vacancies advertised under EWS Category are as per the instructions issued by DoPT, Ministry of 
Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Govt. of India, vide OM. No. 36039/1/2019‐Estt (Res), dated 
31.01.2019.  
 

¾ Application  under  EWS  category  will  be  considered  subject  to  submission  of  Income  and  Assets 
certificate as per prescribed format issued by the competent authority and subject to verification of 
genuinity of  the  certificate by the issuing authority. As per DoP&T OM No.  36039/1/2019‐Estt  (Res), 
dated 31.01.2019, the crucial date for submitting income and asset certificate by the candidate is the 
closing  date  for  receipt  of  application  for  the  post,  except  in  cases  where  date  is  fixed  otherwise. 
Therefore, a valid EWS certificate will be the one which has been issued by the competent authority, 
as  prescribed  by  the  GOI/DOPT,  on  or  before  the  last  date  of  submission  of  online  application  i.e. 
12.03.2020.  
 

¾ Candidature who fail to produce valid EWS certificate will not be considered for reservation under this 
category.  
 

¾ Therefore, EWS candidate must ensure that they have a valid EWS certificate on or before the last 
date of submission of application. 
 
¾ AIIMS, New Delhi reserves the right to disallow a candidate, in case the caste certificate is found to be 
invalid. 
 

8. The  individual  Marks  of  all  the  candidates  who  have  appeared  in  the  above  mentioned  Examination  is 
available on the website i.e. www.aiimsexams.org. Please note that inclusion in the list cannot be claimed as 
right  to  employment  to  the  post  of  Technician  (Radiology)  at  AIIMS,  New  Delhi/NCI,  Jhajjar,  Haryana.  The 
institute reserves the right to use or not to use the above list.

ANNEXURE‐1 
 
LIST OF DOCUMENTS TO BE UPLOADED ONLINE FOR THE POST OF TECHNICIAN
(RADIOLOGY) AT AIIMS, NEW DELHI, NCI JHAJJAR, HARYANA

1. For proof of Date of Birth: Birth certificate or Class Xth (Matriculation) certificate showing
date of birth (any one).

2. For Proof of educational qualification - Original/provisional degree/diploma/ certificate, as the


case may be along with proof of date of declaration of result/issue of certificate.

B. SC. (Hons.) in Radiography or B.Sc. Radiography 3 years course from a recognized University/
Institution

3. The Experience Certificate should have been issued by the Competent Administrative Authority
clearly indicating name/ stamp of the issuing authority, failing which the same will not be
entertained.

4. No Objection Certificate - Candidates presently employed in PSUs/Central/State Govt./


PSBs/Autonomous Bodies required to upload NOC from their present employer.

5. Valid Caste certificate for candidates who have applied under SC/ST/OBC/EWS category, as per
instructions of Govt. of India/DoPT on the subject. Candidate applied under reserve category
must have the valid cast certificate and certificate must be valid for employment in Central
Government Institutions.

OBC certificate/Non-Creamy layer certificate, in English/Hindi, in the format provided by the


DoPT vide OM No.36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.) dated 30.5.2014 and further clarification issued by
DoPT OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt.(Res.I) dated 31.3.2016 for appointment to the posts under
GOI/Central Government is required.

Vacancies were advertised in financial year 2019-2020, therefore, valid NCL-OBC certificate
issued during the period from 1.4.2019 to 31.3.2020 will only be considered valid. OBC
candidate’s eligibility will be based on castes borne in Central List of Govt. of India. Their sub-
caste should also match with the entries in Central List of OBC, failing which their candidature as
OBC candidate will not be considered OBC certificate should clearly show that the applicant does
not belong to the Creamy Layer.

Therefore, EWS candidate must ensure that they have a valid EWS certificate on or before the last
date of submission of application.

The AIIMS, New Delhi reserves the right to disallow a candidate, in case the caste certificate is
found to be invalid.

6. Physically handicapped certificate showing extent of disability from authorised/ competent


authority.

If the caste certificate/disability certificate is in vernacular language, an English version of the


same duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or a person holding equivalent rank must be uploaded.

No claim of the candidates will be entertained later who fail to upload the above mentioned
documents online in the portal, in the e-dossier module. Non-uploading of the required
documents will result in cancellation of candidature for which the candidates themselves will be
squarely responsible.

Mere uploading documents in the portal does not confer them any right to the post. Final
Selection will be made purely on the basis of merit against the notified vacancies provided the
candidate fulfils all the required eligibility conditions.

It is reiterated that the candidates who fail to upload their documents on or before the stipulated
date will not be given any further opportunity and their candidature will stand cancelled. Failure
to upload image/electronic file of original certificate will lead to cancellation of
candidature. Production of original document later to claim restoration of candidature will not be
entertained.

any stage prescribed or any ineligibility being detected before or after the examination, my
candidature/selection/appointment is liable to be cancelled/terminated automatically without
any notice to me and any action can be taken against me by the AIIMS, New Delhi.
