VCB PANEL CONTROL WIRING RECTIFICATION REPORT
To

Chennai – 600 017.

Reached your Site today and carried out the following Control wiring trouble
Shooting work:-

1. Checked all control fuse continuity and found ok.

2. Checked Power pack input supply and Found that the Input supply was not available
To Power Pack.
3. Traced the wiring and Looping joint found Open and the same was rectified.
4. 230v. ac input for the Power pack reconnected and the Performance of Power pack
Checked & found ok.
5. 110v. dc output switched ON and the DC Supply was restored.
6. VCB Electrical Tripping and Closing checked through Trip Neutral Close Switch and the
Operation found ok.
7. 11kv insulated Rubber mat may be provided in front of the VCB Panel for the safety of
Operating personnel.
8. Remote Control operation of VCB may be installed for safer Operation.
