A. BASIC EDUCATION SERVICES
1. CONTENT KNOWLEDGE AND PEDAGOGY
A. Integrated ICT in teaching Filipino by means of proposing and creating a curriculum
year long- content slidification of Lessons for Grade 8 Filipino across four quarters
B. Developed and Utilized a unique teaching strategy and teaching model- The
Localized Flipped Classroom Instruction using a proposed model called MODELONG
L.O.D.I or (LIMIIN, OBSERBAHAN, DALUMATIN, ISABUHAY)
C. Developed Learning Intervention Materials and Teaching Materials for Advanced
Readers
D. Developed Prototype Modules for utilization in Grade 8- Filipino teaching
E. Developed Teacher Made Instructional Videos for instructional purposes of Florante
at Laura posted on Youtube and currently utilized by teachers across the nation
2. LEARNING ENVIRONMENT AND DIVERSITY OF LEARNERS
A. Promoted a more critical and gender, needs and interest based learning
environment by positively using the SOCIAL MEDIA as a learning and instructional
portal
B. Applied the CRITICAL THINKING CONSTRUCT strategy in teaching both regular and
observed classrooms as observed in the COTs presented and in the IPCRF Portfolio
C. Conducted competitions and activities that promoted positive reinforcement and
social awareness for students in Grade 8 year level
3. CURRICULUM AND PLANNING
A. Planned, managed and implemented developmentally sequenced teaching by
means of promoting VICARIOUS LEARNING APPROACH in actual teaching and
asserting the use of REINFORCED LINKAGES IN THE INSTRUCTION PROCESS in the
textual learning plan as observed and presented in the COTs attached in the IPCRF
Portfolio.
B. Participated and facilitated collegial discussions LAC SESSIONS that diagnosed micro-
teaching and learning contexts that needed to be addressed across four quarters
such as:
- First Quarter: The RPMS Rollout Concerns
- Second Quarter: Addressing Vocabulary Difficulties
- Third Quarter: Low Mean in Periodical Test Prognosis, Diagnosis and
Intervention
- Fourth Quarter: The Context of Reading Comprehension in Selected Literary
Works
C. Selected and organized authentic approach and materials in teaching using the 21 st
century platform and the use of ICT across three major consideration in teaching
language and literature: CONTEXTUALIZATION, LOCALIZATION AND GOBALIZATION
presented in the MOVs attached in the IPCRF Portfolio.
4. ASSESSMENT AND REPORTING
A. Designed, selected and organized and used diagnostic, formative and summative
strategies for selected students validated by immediate superiors and members of
the academe as presented in the MOVs attached in the IPCRF Portfolio.
B. Monitored and evaluated learner’s progress and achievement using learner
attainment data as presented in the MOVs attached in the IPCRF Portfolio.
C. Consistently communicated promptly and clearly the learner’s needs and progress
and achievement to stakeholders including guardians and partners as presented in
the MOVs attached in the IPCRF Portfolio.
5. PLUS FACTOR
A. Named as one of the Outstanding Educator of Manila- 1 st Runner- up
An award given by the City Government of Manila in Commemoration of the
Founding Aniversary of the City of Manila in August of 2018
B. Composed and Arranged the music and lyrics as well as trained the students who
sang and interpreted the composed song entry for the Brigada Eskwela 2018 Jingle
Making Competition that won as Champion both in the Elementary and Secondary
Division Level and held as one of the Regional Level Representative in April of 2018.
C. Trained the Representative of Manila, Florentino Torres High Shool for the
Department of Trade and Industry’s Dulaang Pangmamimili 2018 Film Making
Competition and Live Theater Performance Competition held at the PICC
Auditorium on October, 2018 and won 2 nd runner- up over-all Regional Level
D. Conducted meaningful 21 st Century based competitions that will enhance the 21 st
century skills of students as seen on the MOVs attached in the IPCRF Portfolio such
as:
- HUGOT CUP 2018 ( a spoken poetry contest for students of Grade 8)
- SINE TORRESIAN 2019 ( a film competition for students of Grade 8)
E. Presented an Action Research presented and utilized in the Division of Manila
certified by the research coordinator of the division
F. Served as resource speaker and facilitator in teaching related seminars and
gatherings both school and division level as seen on the MOVs attached in the IPCRF
Portfolio
The above accomplishments are supported with authenticated documents which the
attached herewith.
Moreover, he is occupationally competent and his personal characteristics are beyond
reproach.
