Philippines in first five (5) years of operation by promoting the use of natural ingredients in

formulations and converting them into a product that is of a high quality through thorough

research and development. The firm also envision to influencing the community to protect skin

and utilize our natural resources.

The concept presented by each proponent creates the name of Company X. Person A,
who has committed to finance and offers financial help for the start of the manufacturing
company, will run the business. The initial capitalization requirement is 0,000,000.00, of
which the excess, or 0,000,000.00, will be set aside as a cash balance. The following
are the participants who conducted and approved the feasibility study:

2.4 Organizational Structure (Trixie)

CCCB uses a functional organizational structure, which is a hierarchical framework, to

arrange its staff. It is according to their individual backgrounds and areas of expertise, workers

are divided into teams and assigned specific duties. This results in a number of specialized

units, each of which reports to a manager. Workers may hone their expertise within their specific

departments based on the company's highly specialized functional organizational structure. In

turn, this would enhance sales since increased productivity and efficiency in the workplace

would result. This organizational setup works well for businesses like CCCB, who are primarily

concerned with a single product.

A functional organization structure of CCCB begins with the general manager, who supervises

all company operations under administrative personnel. Fig. 1 shows the company's

organizational structure.

Human Resource Management deals with compensation, performance management,
organizational development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, training,
and others. In managing people, workplace culture, and environment, HRM plays a
strategic role. If successful, it could have a significant impact on the path the
organization is taking overall as well as the achievement of its goals and objectives.

accessible when needed while taking into account upcoming initiatives and the
replacement of departing personnel, which is a never-ending, constant activity.
2.10.3 Employee Recruitment and Selection
The term "recruitment" describes the process of looking for qualified applicants
and then urging them to submit an application for a current or upcoming opening.
Selecting individuals from the list of applicants that have been narrowed down to
work for the organization is the selection process. The company’s recruitment
and selection processes are the following:
2.10.3.1 Submission of Application Forms
Information from job applicants will be gathered through the application form.
Among the data gathered could include the availability for work, documentation
of their legal employment status, their desired salary, and their work history.
Employers can determine whether an applicant is qualified for the position and
work in question by checking the information on the job application form.

Organizations employ job interviews as part of the hiring process to determine
whether a candidate has the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the
position. In terms of culture and values, it can also be utilized to determine
whether an applicant and the organization are a suitable fit.
2.10.3.3 Pre-employment Medical Examination

may include a drug test and/or a physical examination. This is ordinarily the last
thing a person must have before starting a new job. The required medical
examination tests are the following:
• Height, weight, body mass index (BMI)
• Complete Blood Count (CBC)
• Cardiovascular examination (heart check, blood pressure, pulse)
• Urinalysis for diabetes or kidney / bladder disorders
• Respiratory examination/ X-Ray examination
• Vision assessment including colour blindness
2.10.3.4 Orientation and Training
During orientation, new employees are given a general overview of the company.
Training programs are used to make sure that new employees have the
fundamental skills needed to do their jobs well.
2.10.4 Purchasing Systems Design
A purchasing system is the set of procedures used by an organization to purchase
products and services. These procedures involve the following: accepting buy
requisitions; identifying and assessing suppliers; haggling over pricing; putting in
purchase orders; keeping track of procurement cards; and getting rid of surplus assets.
A purchasing system is crucial for maintaining control over a company's cash
expenditures and ensuring that only the necessary purchases are done at fair pricing.
2.10.4.1 Purchase Requisition Form
It is an internal form that an employee uses to make purchases for their
company. The purchase requisition form is submitted to the purchase department
for approval which is the first step in creating an effective audit trail for
purchasing. Once the purchase requisition is approved by the relevant
department, a purchase order is issued to the supplier of the requested goods or
services.
2.10.4.2 Purchase Order Form
Purchase order form is a formal contract that a buyer signs to buy products or
services from a supplier. It provides information about the items to be
purchased, including the kinds of commodities, the amount, and the cost.
2.10.4.3 Material Disposition Slip
Material disposition slip is the document that the business uses to record items
received from the supplier during delivery. The materials received will be
examined to determine whether all of the items were satisfactorily received, with
the proper item, amount, and unit.
2.10.4.4 Bin Card/Stock Card
Bin card or stock card is the summary or report of the issuance and receipt of the
stocks from the store department of a retailing organization. The company's
general manager accomplishes this with the help of the logistics officer. This is
important since it evaluates the raw materials in terms of their quantity and
quality to stop inventory issues inside the company.
2.10.4.5 Cash/Check Voucher Form
A check voucher is a document recording and filing system used in accounting to
record, monitor and organize check issuances of the business. The accounting
officer will draft this document, and the general manager will sign it. The supplier
will receive the original form along with two copies, one for the company's
accounting officer and one for the general manager.
2.10.4.6 Accounts Payable Voucher Form
When purchases are made using an account, the accounting officer will prepare
an account payable voucher form that will be used to pay the supplier. The
company and the supplier will settle the money on the scheduled day.
2.10.5 Material Requisition System Design
2.10.5.1 Material Requisition Form
An official form known as a material requisition form enables employees to
request the supplies they need to carry out their duties at work. Employees can
use this form to request a variety of items depending on the situation and
demand.

2.10.5.2 Product Daily Output Form

The product daily output form is the document used to prepare and update the
finished products from the production process. With the assistance of the
production operators and the quality and maintenance operator for counting,
arranging, and updating the inventory, the aforementioned record would be
primarily reviewed on a regular basis by both general managers.
2.10.6 Sales System Design
Sales system design is the process of exchanging goods or services for money or other
forms of payment. The sales system design begins with the customer's order. Upon
receiving the order, it will be checked to the inventory to see if there are enough finished
goods there to fulfill the request. The terms and conditions will then be negotiated once
there is enough inventory. The accounting officer will then be in charge of creating a
sales invoice, which the general manager must authorize. The logistics officer will
prepare the finished goods that the customer has ordered once they have been
approved. The logistics officer will update the product daily output form whenever the
ordered products are ready. The company driver will then deliver the product to the
consumer. Then the business driver should be paid in cash after the customer receives
the ordered goods. A statement of accounts will be prepared if the payment is not made
in cash. A delivery receipt will be generated by the logistics officer and signed by the
customer once the payment has been received. The accounting officer will next record
and file all relevant papers, including delivery receipts.
2.10.6.1 Sales Invoice
Sales invoice is an accounting document that documents a company transaction.
Sales invoices will give the company a record of the services a client has
received from them, the date those services were performed, and the amount the
client owes the company.
2.10.6.2 Statement of Account
A statement of accounts is a document that lists all transactions that occurred
over a specific time period between you and a specific customer.
2.10.6.3 Delivery Receipt
A delivery receipt is a document that confirms delivery of a message, object, or
order. The customer or the individual who has accepted the shipment or delivery
of the product must sign a delivery receipt. It serves as evidence of the
transaction proving that the customer received the shipped item. The customer
will get the original copy of the receipt, and for the accounting officer's and
general manager's records, copies will also be issued.
2.10.7 Payroll System Design
Payroll system design includes everything related to employee payment, such as the
computation and delivery of their respective salaries. An attendance time card will be
utilized in the payroll system's design to track employee attendance. The time card will
reflect their time in and time out. The general manager will review and sign the
attendance record. This will be utilized in the accounting officer's computation of
salaries and pay. The general manager will give his or her approval to all calculations
mentioned below, including the pay slips that will be released publicly. A copy of the
slip, which will be noted for documentation, will be delivered to the employee as well as
the general manager.
2.10.7.1 Attendance Time Card
An attendance time card is used to keep track of an employee's attendance,
including their time in and time out. In addition to being utilized to prepare pay
slips, these records will be used to calculate employee salaries.
2.10.7.2 Pay Slip
A pay slip is a document that's given to an employee each payday. It shows their
total amount earned, less deductions for things like tax.
CHAPTER 3
3.1 Product Description (Maricar)
CCCB, a 4-in-1 cleansing balm mostly manufactured from fractionated coconut oil, will
be produced by XXX Company. The fractionated coconut oil will be combined with an
emulsifier, which stimulates clean skin by dissolving foreign substances on the face, an
emollient, which ensures that the skin retains its softness despite the harsh pollutants it
encounters, an exfoliator, which removes impurities and dead skin cells, a moisturizer,
which maintains the skin's moisture despite all the cleansing processes it will undergo,
and finally, essential oils, which encourage skin elasticity and prevent wrinkles. CCCB's
ingredients are inexpensive but provide a wide range of advantageous effects for the
skin, making them a valuable component of any skin care regimen. CCCB is an
effective cleansing balm that provides four benefits in one and is gentle enough to be
used daily without causing skin damage. It will help with the five primary skin issues that
Filipinos experience while also encouraging healthy skin renewal at a reasonable price.

3.2 Uses of the Product (Shayne)

3.3 Target Market (Trixie)

CCCB primarily aims to sell its products in Angeles City, Mabalacat City, and San Fernando, all

of which are located within the province of Pampanga. Customers at grocery shops,

pharmacies, and supermarkets were prioritized since these are the types of businesses that

have registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to offer cosmetics and skincare

products. The three cities were chosen because they are all part of the Pampanga Golden

Triangle, which is expected to have the highest growth potential and investment area in

Pampanga, and because they are all part of the Aerotropolis, where they serve as the centers of

innovation, technology, logistics, business, and education (Del Rosario, 2018, as cited by

Philippine News Agency). Target cities are the first emphasis, but the organization has plans to

expand beyond those locations. After the first five years of the forecast, the company plans to

grow into other markets, beginning in 2028. In that year, the Porac, Mexico, and Magalang

regions of Pampanga would also be included. Distance from the initial target cities, population,

and the density of the three aforementioned areas are all taken into account.

3.4 Demand Modeling (Maricar)

The demand model for XXX Manufacturing's target market and consumers is depicted
in Figure XXX. The organization targets supermarkets, drugstores, and department
stores in the Pampanga cities of Angeles City, Mabalacat City, and the City of San
Fernando. The proponents conducted a face-to-face poll in a few stores and
disseminated questionnaires created with Google Survey via social media, including
Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The cleansing balm purchase orders from
Pampanga's target cities' department stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets serve as
the basis for the demand.

3.5 Demand Analysis (Shayne)

3.6 Supply (Trixie)
3.7 Supply Analysis (Maricar)
The supply of cleansing balms in the target market is obtained from competitors and
suppliers through the same number of purchases made by department stores,
pharmacies, and supermarkets, as they place their corresponding orders for the exact
amount that they require and will be delivered by the suppliers.

3.8 Demand versus Supply (Shayne)

3.9 Qualitative Factors Affecting Demand and Supply (Trixie)
3.9.1 Demographic Environment (Maricar)
Through prices and supply elasticity, current population size affects future market
demand. According to the Commission on Population and Development (2021), the
country's population is expanding at a pace of 1.31%, which will primarily have an
impact on the product's supply and demand because of the rise in potential end
consumers.
