John the Journalist: So today we have an incredible story from
Birmingham about a fat man’s weight loss transformation.

Go ahead Michael:

Reporter: One year ago, John was a fat man, that didn’t get
enough sleep. His doctor said he would eventually su er a deadly
heart attack. From that day, John set a goal for himself: to reduce
his 230kg Weight

One year later, it shows he took that goal seriously.

Fat man: I was once very fat (shows pants), but today I’m like
everyone. A combination healthy habits like getting enough sleep,
doing lots of exercise, and following the diet provided by my doctor
did the trick. I also had to stop eating junk food every day like I

used to. Drinking water more frequently helped me avoid eating
snacks all the time.

Today, 21st January, it has been three years since Emiliano Sala
died.

He was playing for Nantes in France, and because of his great

performances at Nantes, he was signed by Cardi in January 2019.
On his way to Wales, his plane sank into the ocean near Ireland
unfortunately killing the player.

He was an attacker, so it was easy for him to kick the ball into the
net. He was a top goalscorer.

Now our reporter Michael Antonio is on site with the man who saw
the crash unfold while paddling near his hometown in Ireland.

Entrevistador (Michael):

Good afternoon. Can you tell us something about how it

happened?

Entrevistado:
It was terrifying. The wave was caused by the plane’s dive made
me fall out of my paddle. The paddle caught the wave and went to
the coast, so I dived into the water and began swimming towards
the crash. But it was too late: It already sank when I got there.
Usually paddling is very relaxing, but that one time was very
distressing. I will never forget how I failed in saving someone.
